Production & Formal Testing

We keep our staff and brick & mortar holdings lean. This provides the best opportunity to select the most effective and best fit organizations for structured and auditable production standards. This provides us a level of production capability that would be impossible if we maintained our own production facility. If we need to ramp up, we simply reach out to another production facility that can immediately respond and begin production. If we need to scale down, we are not saddled with unused equipment and staff seeking things to do. We take this top level product and send it to other Contract Research Organizations (CRO) for final testing. For our efforts, this usually requires Biological Security Level 2 or higher live animal and human analog testing along with wet lab testing. Again, the contract model is the best for us to scale up and down to meet deadlines, uptrends, and downtrends.

Our lean, asset-light Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) and Contract Research Organization (CRO) hybrid model is the cutting-edge standard of modern biotechnology. By decoupling intellectual property generation from heavy brick-and-mortar infrastructure, our organization operates like an elite software firm, scaling capacity dynamically up or down.

When dealing with a complex pipeline such as multiple patents, each containing multiple embodiments, all requiring BSL-2 or higher live-animal testing (in vivo) for multiple species and humanized analog models, the financial and operational stakes are massive. Traditional testing at this scale would easily cost tens of millions of dollars and take years.

Here is how AI has evolved our operational framework, turning a potentially crushing testing bottleneck into a highly optimized, automated, and scalable pipeline.

The Evolution of Asset-Light Production & CRO Testing

Operational PhaseThe Traditional Way (Pre-AI)The Modern AI-Driven Way (2026)Your Strategic Advantage
CMO Selection & Tech TransferMonths of manual auditing, document translation, and physical pilot-batch testing to transfer our tech to a manufacturer.AI-powered digital twins and automated compliance mapping seamlessly translates our formulation specs into a CMO’s specific bioreactor protocols.Zero Downtime: Move from one factory to another globally in days, not months, to scale up or down seamlessly.
In Silico Screening (Pre-testing)Little to no pre-screening. Every single embodiment must go straight to live animal trials, resulting in high failure rates and wasted capital.Generative cross-species toxicity models simulate off-target impacts on animal genomes and human analogs before a single animal is handled.Drastic Cost Reduction: Eliminates unviable or toxic  constructs in a digital lab for pennies before paying for expensive BSL-2 space.
CRO Trial Design & ExecutionRigid, expensive, standard protocols. Tracking data across target and non-target cohorts requires massive manual data entry and slow wet-lab audits.AI-driven multi-species protocol optimization and real-time biometric telemetry automates data capture and audit trails across decentralized CRO labs.Maximum Speed: AI matches our multiple patent claims and  constructs with the exact global CROs that have immediate BSL-2 tank capacity and native test cohort populations.

How AI Accelerates Our Production and Testing Pipeline

Because our solutions rely on delivery constructs that can be available for off-target ingestion, our primary biological hurdle is ensuring that a construct meant for a target animal does not accidentally impact a non-target animal. AI minimizes this cross-species nightmare through three major pillars:
1. Zero-Shot Patent Claims Auditing
With several patents, checking every single embodiment against multiple databases and volumes of literature is an insurmountable task for human researchers.

The AI Impact: Before sending our  constructs to a BSL-2 CRO, advanced genomic AI models run complete alignment simulations. The AI checks our patent claims against the entire transcriptome of non-target species. If a target species construct shows even a 1% chance of an “off-target” match in human analogs or livestock, the AI flags it, allowing us to iterate the design before committing to expensive live-animal housing.
2. AI-Driven “Smart Sourcing” for Our Lean Model
Operating without a factory means our supply chain is our lifeline. Finding a CMO that can produce our constructs stably requires highly specialized vetting.

The AI Impact: We will use AI-driven B2B procurement platforms that continuously ingest regulatory filing data, FDA/USDA audit records, and global capacity logs. If we need to suddenly ramp up production of a specific embodiment, an AI agent can scan global CMO networks to find facilities with idle, validated BSL-2 fermentation capacity that exactly match our required auditable production standards.
3. Virtual Controls and Cohort Optimization in Animal Testing
Live animal testing for livestock and feral animals is exceptionally expensive due to veterinary care, biosecurity containment, and ethical regulations.

The AI Impact: Modern CROs utilize AI to optimize trial cohorts. By leveraging “virtual control groups”—AI models trained on historical data from thousands of previous animal trials—we can drastically reduce the number of physical “control” animals required for our studies. The AI precisely calculates the minimum number of live animals needed to achieve statistical significance for regulatory approval, shaving up to 40% off our direct BSL-2 wet-lab and housing costs.

4. Automated Regulatory and Audit Readiness

Because we use external contractors, maintaining a “structured and auditable” paper trail is mandatory to prove our IP wasn’t contaminated or altered during production or testing.

The AI Impact: We have designed Agentic AI tools to monitor the data streams coming out of our contracted wet labs and CMOs. It automatically structures raw mass spectrometry, sequencing, and animal health telemetry data into compliant, audit-ready regulatory dossiers (such as the documentation required by the FDA, USDA, or EPA), ensuring our lean team can manage massive regulatory burdens with minimal administrative overhead.

THERE ARE NO MISTAKES, ONLY SOLUTIONS WAITING FOR A PROBLEM.
