Our Edge. How We Work Smarter.
A Process Built For Modern Teams. Backed By Cutting-Edge AI.
Sawyer Boone combines powerful AI models with a unified creative workspace — built for speed, clarity, integrity, and control. Our tools simulate laboratory discovery and testing scenarios and actions that can rapidly speed up discovery and design. If we have a need and cannot find a tool, we build it. The time we spend creating a new tool saves 100 fold the time we would be required to spend in the lab or researching solutions. AI is not the solution for us. It is just a tool to help us speed through the volumes of data and the thousands of iterations of testing that leads to success.
Problem Assessment
The evolution of problem identification in biotechnology and immunology has shifted from reactive, trial-and-error experimentation to predictive, data-driven discovery powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Historically, identifying a biological bottleneck or a novel disease target took years of manual screening.
Data Collection & Research
We collect as much information and data as we can find about a problem and potential solutions. We focus on the successes but most importantly we focus on the failures that others have experienced. To us a failure is
Solution Acceptance & IP Protection
Once a solution clears our strict criteria for success, the pivot from scientific discovery to commercial asset protection is a critical race against time. In biotech and immunology, a brilliant solution is only as valuable as the intellectual property
Production & Formal Testing
Our lean, asset-light Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) and Contract Research Organization (CRO) hybrid model is the cutting-edge standard of modern biotechnology. By decoupling intellectual property generation from heavy brick-and-mortar infrastructure, our organization operates like an elite software firm, scaling
Permitting & Commercialization
Once testing is complete and the data is gathered, analyzed and reported, we submit our results along with our Intellectual Property (IP) packages for nonprovisional patent filing in the US and world patent agencies. At the same time, we
Always Evolving
Success tells you what worked yesterday; failure tells you what to invent tomorrow. After all seems done and the product is on its way to solve the problem we identified in the beginning of the process, we actually start

[ Motivation ]
How To Get Us To Work On A Problem
From problem to solution in just six steps.
-
STEP 01
Identify A Problem
Identify a problem you need to solve.
-
STEP 02
Set A Goal
Set a goal, whether you think it is attainable or not. We thrive on challenges.
-
STEP 03
Provide Data
Tell us what you know and do not know.
-
STEP 04
Be A Partner
Be an active partner in our early sessions. Tell us what you tried and what worked and what failed. Do not leave out the little details. Just like solving a crime, even the little things could tell us what we need to solve the case. What you provide may just surprise you in how we can turn it into a solution.
-
STEP 05
Be Critical
Your honest critique of our efforts throughout the process is welcome. We cannot read your mind (yet). Without constant and truthful feedback, we will continue on the path we think we should be on. If you need us to divert, tell us. We may not, but most likely we will take your guidance. We realize that our way is not always the best way to a solution. There are many paths that we can take. But only a few will lead to successful solutions.
-
STEP 06
Enjoy The Ride
Keep a smile on your face and enjoy the ride. It may get bumpy, muddy, hot, wet, cold, and filled with swarms of pests, but the story you will have to tell at the end will be one to remember.

Answers to your common questions
Got questions? We have answers.
What kind of a company is Sawyer Boone?
Sawyer Boone Inc. is a Delaware C-Corp created to be a leading edge biotech research and development company and primary holder of valuable Intellectual Property (IP) supporting humane wildlife and animal welfare vaccines and therapeutics.
Sawyer Boone Inc. is applying for classification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will update the site once this classification is approved.
Is Sawyer Boone publicly traded? Can I invest?
Sawyer Boone is a privately held company and is not publicly traded. As a privately held company there may be opportunities to invest in our future and join our team. Contact us for more information.
What is an SDVOSB?
- Small Business Status: The company must meet the small business size standards established by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for its specific industry and NAICS code.
- Ownership: At least 51% of the business must be unconditionally owned and controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans.
- Management: One or more service-connected disabled veterans must manage the day-to-day operations and make long-term business decisions.
- Disability Rating: The veteran's disability must be service-connected (incurred or aggravated during active military service) and documented by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Department of Defense. Any disability rating from 1% to 100% qualifies.
How realistic are your solutions?
Our solutions are currently undergoing detailed testing and analysis. Once we receive additional funding, we will begin live animal and wet lab testing. The results will be the final determinant of the success of the designs and implementations, however, our extensive testing using digital analogs over hundred of thousands of iterations has resulted in remarkable efficacy that we expect will translate into the live testing.
What if you do not get the results you want?
If we do not get the results we want, then we go back into the design tools and rework. The beauty of our designs and tools is that they are based on decades of real science and laboratory results and refined through Artifical Intelligence (AI) tools that help us run through infinitely more iterations of testing in a digital sandbox than we could possibly perform in a wet lab. This results in results that would take a normal pharma or biotech laboratory months or even years to perform. We can retool and retest in a matter of hours versus years. This is a huge financial benefit as product testing failures, no matter how small make up a considerable cost to existing biopharma product development. We are not saying we are better than they are, we are just faster and have a huge economy of scale of virtual lab workers that cost us very little to feed and house.
Why isn't anyone else doing what you do?
They are! It is just that we are doing it a little differently. We are unique in that we are like a five year old child who has not learned about gravity yet. Not being knowledgeable of the laws of gravity, a five year old does not believe they cannot fly. Often academic researchers are so bound by the knowledge and rules they have learned in University and structured lab settings and curriculum, that they do not know what is possible. Invention is truly taking what is believed to be impossible, like flying, and finding a way to make it possible.
